Terms of Service

  • If you have any question about my commission feel free to ask me!

  • I have the right to accept / decline commission.

  • Clear and detailed references are very much appreciated. Giving poses, detailed information may provide better result. Please provide as many references as you can.

  • Client has 3 revisions in the sketching stage and 1 revision in the coloring stage. After approval of the sketch, only minimal changes that do not affect the construct of the commission can be made.

  • You must pay upfront the full payment.

  • NO refund request once I've started working on the art or after delivery of the final product. Refund only be done if I have not made progress on your commission for more than 3 months.

  • DO NOT RUSH TO FINISH. Commission will be finished within 3-8 weeks depending on factors such as waitlist, complexity, and health.

  • You can not sell or make a product from personal use commissions.

  • Commission works are NOT authorized for use in AI generator and any block-chain related technology such as NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

  • The commission will be sent via email. You'll get the high resolution PNG/JPG image. You can ask for 2 version with and without solid color BG (free).

  • I have the right to publish the final artwork as my portfolio/ sample and on my social media (with watermark). If you don't want your commission be published please notify me and I will charge the private commission fee (+5% total order price).

Work Process

  1. You sent the order(s)

  2. I confirm and let you know the total prices +deadline.

  3. You accept the price +deadline and I will send you an invoice.

  4. Once the payment is received, I start working on sketch / revisions.

  5. You approve the sketch / revisions and I start coloring. I will send you progress photos throughout the working process.

  6. Finish and I'll send you the final file.

Order:

When making order please make sure to include:

  • Reference of the character you want to commission.

  • Type of commission (bust-up/ half-body/ full body).

  • The purpose of the commission (personal, commercial uses, ect).

  • If you have a specific deadline in mind, please notify me first.

  • Your paypal email and email for sending finished commission.
